Easy and secure payment options are available through PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.
Monthly recurring subscriptions will be paid in advance and automatically renewed on the same day each month. Starting in 2024, subscriptions will be renewed every 4 weeks or after completing the required hours, factoring in holidays, pauses, or rescheduling. We will keep you informed of any updates.
For cancellations, pauses, or changes to your plan, you have the flexibility to adjust accordingly with a full money-back guarantee.
If you decide to pause or stop your classes at any time during the month, we will refund 100% for any undelivered classes. Please notify us via email at Info@quranutla.com or message through the Live Chat Icon at least 2-3 days before your course ends.
If the required study hours have not been completed in a given month, you can arrange make-up classes with your teacher on a mutually suitable day. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a refund for the missed classes.
– If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please provide at least 1-2 hours' notice before the scheduled time. You are entitled to a maximum of two make-up classes per month, except in emergencies.
– For planned holidays, please inform your teacher or Support via Info@quranutla.com or the Live Chat Icon.
– If you miss a class without notifying your teacher at least 1-2 hours in advance, no make-up classes will be scheduled, except in emergencies.
– If a tutor cancels due to an emergency, they will notify you, and the class will be rescheduled.
The number of classes or hours per month will be agreed upon when joining Quran Utla. If you wish to change the number of classes, please notify your teacher, email Info@quranutla.com, or contact Support through the Live Chat Icon.
Example: If you have agreed on 4 classes per month on Saturdays and there happen to be 5 Saturdays in a month, the 5th class will be canceled unless it is used as a make-up class for any missed sessions.
According to the Islamic Calendar, we observe two main holidays:
No make-up classes will be scheduled for these holidays.
Parents will receive a quarterly progress report for students under 16, allowing them to monitor their child’s development over the previous three months.
Male students under 12 can be taught by either a male or female teacher, as per the parent's request.
Female students under 12 can be taught by either a male or female teacher, as per the parent's request.
To continuously improve our service, we ask students to provide feedback after spending some time with us. Your feedback helps us enhance the learning experience and optimize our services.

The quality of education is closely monitored through attendance, regular teacher training, student feedback, and periodic evaluations.

If a teacher is late for a class, please email them directly to let them know you are online. If you receive no response, contact us at Info@quranutla.com. The teacher will make up any missed time or classes.
If a teacher is consistently late or misses classes, please inform us as soon as possible via Info@quranutla.com.

Tutors are not allowed to arrange classes with students outside of Quran Utla. Additional courses or make-up sessions can only be arranged through the academy.
Students are expected to dress modestly and appropriately for Quran classes.
If you wish to leave the course, please contact our Support Team at Info@quranutla.com or message through the Live Chat Icon. Make sure to discuss course completion with staff or tutors two days before leaving.
